17.For if by the one man’s offense death reigned through the one, much more those who receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness will reign in life through the One, Jesus Christ.) (Rom5:17)
Every believer in Christ has passed from death into life. Christ is the way , the truth and the life. If you are in Christ then you in life…. God’s kind of life (Zoe). You are no longer under the dominion of death but eternal life. Yes , you have eternal life because you have been saved by faith in Christ.
When we were under death because of sin, we were under satan who has the power of death, we were slave and we were oppressed by satan. Satan the god of this world ruled over us then.
But Blessed be God, because we are now delivered from sin and death and Satan’s dominion by faith in Christ who died and rose from the dead. Jesus Christ destroyed Satan and sin by his death on the cross and redeemed us and made us kings and we shall reign in life by Christ Jesus.
Jesus said, “And these signs will follow those who believe: In My name they will cast out demons; they will speak with new tongues;
18.they will take up serpents; and if they drink anything deadly, it will by no means hurt them; they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover.” (Mark16:17-18)
If you are a believer in Christ then you are a king, a ruler (Rev5:9-10) and Jesus said, ” in my name you will cast out devils…”.
You are a king therefore don’t behave like a slave before demons, sicknesses, substances, circumstances. You are no longer a slave to sin, satan and demon’s, circumstances on the contrary you are now a ruler over all these because you are alive in Christ. Take charge and have Dominion and rule in the midst of your enemies in the name of Jesus.
Kings rule by decrees and commands not by pleadings and whining. Begin to practice your dominion mandate and live a victorious life in Christ Jesus.
