10.Now give me wisdom and knowledge, that I may go out and come in before this people; for who can judge this great people of Yours?”

11.Then God said to Solomon: “Because this was in your heart, and you have not asked riches or wealth or honor or the life of your enemies, nor have you asked long life—but have asked wisdom and knowledge for yourself, that you may judge My people over whom I have made you king—

12.wisdom and knowledge are granted to you; and I will give you riches and wealth and honor, such as none of the kings have had who were before you, nor shall any after you have the like.(1Chro1:10-12)

When Solomon ascended to the throne as the king of Israel his first priority was to seek the presence of God. He offered a great sacrifice which means prayer or giving. God’s presence manifested to him and God gave Solomon a blank cheque as they popularly say. God told Solomon to ask Him what he wanted and solomon asked God for wisdom.

God gave Solomon exceptional wisdom from heaven that no man ever had before.
Why did Solomon asked for wisdom? He asked for wisdom from God so that he could lead the nation of Israel.

Beloved did you know that you need supernatural Wisdom from God to meet the needs of people that pass before you on a daily basis. Human needs can be complex and complicated that no human wisdom on can proffer the appropriate solutions to them. Wise men and the great ones have tried for ages to find solutions to many global problems but all to no avail.

Human education is good and necessary but heavenly wisdom is superior and supreme over all and that is what we need to deal with complex human issues on earth. 😀

Why don’t you ask for God’s wisdom today in Jesus name Jam1:5.
