Uburemere (Stress) ni umusunikano uva hanze ugatuma twumva ukudagarara hamwe no kutamererwa neza ku mubiri, tugasanga twarengewe. Uburemere ni kimwe bigize ubuzima bwa misi yose kuko bituruka ku muryango, mu kibano, ku kazi, kw’ishule,…
Ubuzima bwacu bwuzuyemwo ivyotuma turemerwa nico gituma dukeneye Imana mû mitima yacu kugira tubeho neza.
Zaburi 42:1-2 “Nk’ukw impongo ihuzagizwa yifuza imigezi, Ni k’umutima wanje uhuzagizwa ukwifuza, Mana. 2 b Umutima wanje ugirira Imana inyota, Imana nzima: Nzoza ryari ngo nseruke mu nyonga z’Imana?“
Nk’uko impngo ata buzima ata mazi, niko natwe ata buzima ata Mana. Guha ikibanza cayo Imana mu mitima yacu no kuyiremeka ibituremera nivyo soko y’ubuzima bw’umunezero.
Zaburi 42:5 “Mutima wanje, n’iki gitumye wicurikira? N’iki gitumye umpagararamwo? Ni wishimire Imana, kuko na none nzosubira kuyihimbariza Agakiza kava mu nyonga hayo.“
Uburemere bwoye kutuganza, turafise uwuturemurura ni Kristo Yesu.
