Remember that a Christian Professional is a new Creation in Christ and has the nature of God who is our heavenly Father (Eph5:1)! God is a giver and generous and none is His equal when it comes to Generosity!
As God’s son we must understand our Identity and mission in this World and imitate our heavenly Father!
We are freely given so that we may freely give! We are blessed by God to bless our neighbor! We are freely enriched by God to freely enrich others!
Fallen man in Adam became independent, self centered, ego centric, selfish, and a non believer mentality is just about me, i and myself! But a new Creation believer in Christ is completely a new man and he is a son of God, Christ- centric, selfless, loving, giver and generous!
A non believer have such ambitions, ” i want to be rich, i want to be great, i want to have the biggest house, i…i…i..” while a new creation or christian will say i want to make the poor rich, i want to be a blessing to my society, ….. Look at this early Church believers, ” 44.Now all who believed were together, and had all things in common,
45.and sold their possessions and goods, and divided them among all, as anyone had need.” (Act2:44-45). To a believer wealth is a common thing but to a non believer wealth is a god! The Early church professionals’ and Business people used their wealth to meet the needs of their brethren!
A non believer worship wealth and is controlled by wealth and is used by wealth but a Christian must use , control and share his wealth!
The old man is selfish but the new man is generous!
